Location: River Derwent, Borrowdale
Length: 1.7 miles | 2.7km
Time: 45 min - 1hr (plus playing time)
Difficulty: Moderate
Accessibility: Rocky, uneven and short, steep scrambly sections
Transport: 78 bus from Keswick to Seatoller & cycle racks in the National Trust car park
Parking: National Trust pay & display at Seatoller

Refreshments: Coffee shop & gift shop at Seatoller Farm, Yew Tree Pub with riverside beer garden, refreshments on route at the YHA and the Glaramara Hotel.

One of our favourite family walks! The scrambles and chain rail make it feel like an exciting adventure for everyone, and we always enjoy spotting dippers by the bridge while taking in the views along the River Derwent.
