Watery Walks: River Totems!
Let’s celebrate the River Ehen in Egremont!
When: Sat 12 October, 10am-2.30pm
Where: Walk: Meet at the benches by Old Bridge on South Street). Create: Florence Arts Centre CA22 2NR
What: Join artist Daniel Weatheritt and West Cumbria Rivers Trust on a watery walk by the river Ehen and then get involved in our creative sessions to help design ‘river totems’ - colourful sculptures inspired by nature. Walk: 10am-12pm; Create: 1-2.30pm. This is an outdoor event and will take place in all but extreme weather conditions.
Walks and creative sessions are on Fri 11, Sat 12 & Mon 14. You may wish to create on a different day after your walk - that’s fine - just inform them of your selected sessions when you book!
Who: All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
