Always Another Way will be leading us in a laughter workshop in the woods. Laughter has so many healing benefits, it can help to reduce stress, boost your immune system and can help you to create a more positive outlook in your life. After our laughter workshop we will go for a gentle stroll through the woodland.
As part of the Wilder Walkmill project we are encouraging people to spend some time outside in the woodland with us. We will be running regular Wellbeing in Nature sessions throughout the year where we will be doing a variety of activities including seed harvesting and planting, fire lighting, cooking, woodwork and arts & crafts, to name just a few.
